
Juicy chicken rolls stuffed with cheese, greens and garlic baked in the oven under cheese – a very tasty dish. Calorie content depends on the fat content of hard cheese, and in general, the dish is dietary, suitable for those who eat properly. This is one of my favorite chicken roll recipes that I always make. In addition, they are prepared quickly and very simply.
- Chicken fillet 600 g
- Curd cheese 200 g
- Dill 30 g
- 2-3 cloves of garlic.
- Hard cheese 80 g
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Black pepper
1. Cut the fillet into thin layers, cover with cling film and beat with the smooth side of a kitchen hammer.
2. Salt and pepper both sides.
3. In a separate bowl, mix cheese, chopped dill, squeezed garlic, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
4. Put a little filling on the edge of a piece of meat, turn it into a sticky roll.
5. The rolls can be fixed with toothpicks, but they still hold. Put all the preparations on a baking sheet with parchment and send to a preheated oven for 35 minutes, baking temperature 200 degrees.
6. 5 minutes before the end of baking, take out the baking sheet and put a piece of hard cheese on top of each roll. Return to the oven to bake.
7. Chicken rolls with cheese and herbs are ready!
