"Raspberry - orange", mashed with sugar 300 g
Ice cream "Eskimos" TM "Rud" 750 g
Fresh or frozen berries for decoration

1. Crush the cookies, mix them with softened butter and put them in a mold with high removable sides.
2. Put the ice cream in a deep bowl and leave it for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
3. "Raspberry - orange", ground with sugar, add to the ice cream and mix with a blender. Put the resulting mass in the refrigerator for half an hour to solidify.
4. Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet, level the surface. Put in the freezer for final freezing.
5. Remove the cake from the mold and decorate with whole berries - fresh or frozen.
Cut off a piece, taste it!
