RULE No. 1

The most important thing in a healthy lifestyle is nutrition. Proper nutrition! More fruits and vegetables, products filled with useful substances for our body. No fast food, chips and other junk food. Food should be our medicine, not medicine our food. Ideally, of course, you need to give up unhealthy food forever, but ... But how to give up your favorite food, even not the most useful, when you want to eat it so much? It is like any bad habit, you understand that it will not benefit the body, but you cannot give it up.

RULE No.2

Activity, activity and more activity! Be active, cheerful and open to the world. In the conditions of constant employment, it is difficult to find time to go to the gym, play sports ... But in vain! And yet, even if there is no time for sports, no one canceled hiking in the fresh air, morning jogging, gymnastics. Walk more, walk in parks and forests, be mobile. Cardiovascular and other serious diseases need to be avoided or even run away. In the literal sense of the word. Move towards good health and longevity! And always ask for God's blessing on this, because our Creator wants us to cooperate with Him.

RULE No. 3

A healthy lifestyle is in no way compatible with bad habits: smoking, drinking alcohol, and even more so - drug addiction. True, some people believe that a small dose of alcohol during a festive feast can be afforded, but supporters of a healthy lifestyle do not support this opinion. They are convinced that even the so-called moderate consumption of alcohol should be avoided, since even small doses have a negative effect on the body, destroying healthy cells, especially of the brain. As for smoking and drugs, they are out of the question.

RULE No. 4

The basis of a healthy lifestyle is a proper daily routine. Proper nutrition, physical activity and the absence of bad habits with a healthy lifestyle are, of course, a lot, but not everything. With a healthy lifestyle, there must be a correct daily routine. What does a proper routine mean? This is, above all, a normal (eight, at least seven hours) healthy sleep. You need to train your body to go to bed and wake up at the same time, regardless of the day of the week: weekday or weekend. Ideally, of course, you should wake up without an alarm clock - this means that you got enough sleep. Why is it important to get enough sleep? If only because there is a direct connection between lack of sleep and the appearance of some disease, in particular, exhaustion of the nervous system, which leads to other diseases.

RULE No. 5

One of the most important rules of a healthy lifestyle is a positive attitude. Do not dwell on failures and shortcomings. Don't worry even when you did something or said something wrong - everything can be corrected. Never fall into sadness, depression, and especially into anger, despair, because this is a grave sin. Do not forget that the Lord is always with you, He will help you get out of a difficult situation, will tell you how to act. In one of the songs of the Little Evening, there is such a prayer: "Fill my heart with joy, Virgin, you who accepted the fulfillment of joy, destroying the sorrow of sin."

RULE No. 6

A healthy lifestyle means taking care of yourself. You need to love yourself, you need to take care of yourself. For example, when playing sports, going for a walk, or even while doing some kind of work, you need to do it with concentration, with pleasure, without thinking about anything negative. Always try to walk straight, with your head up, breathe deeply, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Try to see and feel the beauty of the surrounding nature, the vigor and freshness of the morning coolness or the mystery of the evening time.

RULE No. 7

It is better to lead a healthy lifestyle not alone, but in some company (family, friends, neighbors, co-workers). Ideally, of course, you need everyone around you to follow the same life position - it's more fun together and there is a spirit of rivalry. Imagine that they all lead a healthy lifestyle, are all in a great mood, and wish each other only good. Taking care of your health should not be a problem, it should be a way of life! A healthy lifestyle. It is better to run in the fresh air than to see doctors! Remember that lifestyle has the greatest impact on health, and a healthy lifestyle, in turn, lays the foundation for good health, strengthens the body's defenses and reveals its potential.
